Traditional Greek Dance workshops invite participants to explore the rich rhythms and musical traditions of regions across Greece. Each class delves into the unique cultural landscapes that shaped these dances, from island coastlines to mountainous villages. Through movement, we uncover how community, environment, and daily life are woven into the steps and gestures. Participants experience the deep connection between music, place, and people. These workshops celebrate living traditions while opening space for shared expression and cultural understanding.

Street Dabke workshops teach the basics of Palestinian Dabke in an easy, interactive way. Through traditional wedding music and group movement, participants learn the rhythm, steps, and collective energy that make Dabke come alive.
Dabke is a lively, rhythmic Levantine folk dance popular across Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan, characterized by synchronized stomping, footwork, and line/circle formations, symbolizing unity, heritage, and resistance, performed at celebrations like weddings with traditional music from instruments like the mijwiz and oud.
